Preparation:

Step 1:
Cut tofu into coarse cubes, wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely.
Step 2:
Then puree tofu and parsley with thyme, olives, hazelnuts and drained, pickled tomatoes in a blender or with a hand blender until a creamy mixture is obtained. Slowly pour in the olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Now spread the olive and tomato spread on the whole wheat bread, serve and enjoy.
