Strawberries (frozen)Strawberries (frozen) 150 g
Oatmeal (tender)Oatmeal (tender) 50 g
Almond leaves (tender)Almond leaves (tender) 1 ½ Teaspoon
Almond milkAlmond milk 200 ml


Step 1:
First, take the frozen strawberries out of the freezer and let them thaw. In the meantime, bring the almond milk to a gentle boil in a small saucepan and add the rolled oats. Simmer gently over medium heat, stirring repeatedly until the oatmeal thickens somewhat, then keep warm over low heat only and allow to swell.
Step 2:
Now toast the flaked almonds briefly in a non-stick frying pan without fat, remove and allow to cool.
Step 3:
Now add the cocoa powder to the swelling oat porridge and mix it in. Add the thawed strawberries as well and heat again slightly, it should be a creamy consistency.
Step 4:
After about 3 min, divide the finished oat porridge into a small bowl and top with the agave syrup and the toasted almond flakes. Enjoy.
