Coconut waterCoconut water 200 ml

Preparation:

Step 1:
Mix the soy yogurt with the coconut water in a bowl and add the puffed quinoa and let it soak for about 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, peel and halve the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes.
Step 3:
