Preparation:
Step 1:
Lightly toast the flaked almonds in a non-stick frying pan (without fat) until they brown slightly. Always stand by them, because they can burn easily. Then set aside to cool.
Step 2:
Wash apple, core and dice finely.
Step 3:
Heat the soy drink in a small saucepan and gradually add the cornmeal (polenta) to the hot drink, stirring constantly with a whisk. Add almond paste and vanilla as well. Bring everything to the boil once, cover and leave to infuse over a very low heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 4:
Now pour the finished polenta semolina porridge into a bowl, sprinkle with apple cubes and top with maple syrup and almond flakes. Enjoy.
