Papaya (fresh)Papaya (fresh) 100 g
Carrot juice, carrot juiceCarrot juice, carrot juice 100 ml
Flaxseed oil, linseed oilFlaxseed oil, linseed oil ½ Teaspoon
Hazelnut milkHazelnut milk 75 ml

Preparation:

Step 1:
Cut the papaya in half, quarter it and remove the seeds and peel from the corresponding amount. Coarse dice. Peel the ginger.
Step 2:
Blend the papaya cubes, ginger piece, and all other ingredients except the poppy seeds in a stand mixer until well blended (if you don't have one, use a high-powered blender and a tall mixing bowl). Now pour the drink into a glass and top with the poppy seeds. Enjoy healthy.
