Almond milkAlmond milk 80 ml
Walnut kernels (natural)Walnut kernels (natural) 25 g

Preparation:

Step 1:
Briefly rinse buckwheat under hot water and bring 100ml of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Now add the washed buckwheat to the boiling water and cook covered over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes.
Step 2:
Wash apple, core and dice finely. Now add the apple cubes with almond milk, apple juice and cinnamon to the buckwheat and let everything swell at low heat for about 5 min. Stir again and again.
Step 3:
In the meantime, coarsely chop the walnuts. Once the buckwheat porridge is ready, place in a small bowl and sprinkle with dried cranberries and chopped walnuts and enjoy warm.
