Preparation:
Step 1:
Mix coconut flour, cocoa, xylitol and baking powder in a bowl until well combined.
Step 2:
Heat the milk to lukewarm in a small saucepan and melt the coconut oil in it (the milk must not boil in any case, so that the egg does not start to set later).
Step 3:
Now beat the egg into the already mixed baking mixture and add the milk with the coconut oil. Stir everything together well.
Step 4:
Brush a high microwavable cup with a little coconut oil and put all the ingredients in it. Microwave at highest setting for about 2 minutes (the baking time varies depending on the type of microwave) and bake (if you don't have a microwave, simply bake in a convection oven at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes - keep an eye on it). Take out and let cool a little and enjoy.
