Preparation:

Step 1:
Bring chicken broth and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2:
Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk with a fork. Now slowly stir the beaten eggs into the boiling broth - the eggs will now form fluffy egg strands. Remove pot from heat and season with salt and pepper - according to taste.
Step 3:
Chives cut into small rolls. Now pour the egg soup into a small bowl and top with the chive rolls. Enjoy.
