Preparation:

Step 1:
Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. There should be a homogeneous mass.
Step 2:
Now take a large tablespoon of the dough and form it into a ball in your hand. If the dough is too sticky, flour your hands in some almond flour or coconut flakes and then shape the balls.
Step 3:
Chill the balls in the refrigerator on a small plate for about 10 minutes (if you like the balls firmer, put them in the freezer for about 20 minutes). Take out and enjoy.
