Ingredients:

Erythritol, sugar substituteErythritol, sugar substitute 1 Tablespoon
Cinnamon, cinnamon powderCinnamon, cinnamon powder 1 Pinch(s)
Vanilla beansVanilla beans½ (1,5 g)
Raspberries (fresh)Raspberries (fresh) 50 g
Papaya (fresh)Papaya (fresh) 150 g

Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180° C convection oven and line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds.
Step 2:
Place the papaya with the cut surface facing upwards. Mix the mascarpone with the lemon juice, vanilla (scraped out), cinnamon and erythritol. Pour mixture into the papaya and top with the washed raspberries.
Step 3:
Put the papaya in the oven and cook for about 30 min. Take out, arrange nicely and enjoy.
