Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash all fruits, peel if necessary, remove stalk and set aside. Put 80g of the strawberries in a tall mixing bowl and add the agave syrup. Now use a blender to blend the two ingredients until well liquid, then pour the mixture into a small bowl and chill briefly in the refrigerator.
Step 2:
In the meantime, cut the remaining fruit into slices about 1-1.5 cm thick and string them alternately on wooden skewers. Arrange skewers on a plate and serve with strawberry sauce and dip. Tip: You can prepare the dish super for example the day before for breakfast the next day or to take away - just store in the refrigerator in a box.
