Step 1:
Wash mushrooms well and cut in half or quarters depending on size. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic.
Step 2:
Heat butter in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms to the pan with the onions and garlic and fry briefly until hot. Then cook over medium heat for about 4 min.
Step 3:
Add cream cheese to mushrooms, mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Top the mushroom pan with the parsley and serve warm. Enjoy.
