Step 1:
Hard boil the egg in boiling water (about 10min). In the meantime, clean and wash the mushrooms well, then cut them into slices.
Step 2:
Thoroughly wash the grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Set aside. Coarsely slice the hazelnuts.
Step 3:
Now rinse the hard boiled egg ice cold and peel it. Then cut into 6 even slices with an egg slicer or a knife.
Step 4:
For the dressing, squeeze the orange and mix well the orange juice with the yogurt, mayonnaise and curry powder in a small bowl. Season with salt and sugar.
Step 5:
Now in a medium bowl mix all ingredients with the dressing loosely, who has time briefly infuse and enjoy.
