Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash radishes well, remove leafy greens and cut into fine slices. Clean the spring onions and also remove the stalk and unwanted and cut into thin slices. Wash and peel the apple and also cut it into fine slices.
Step 2:
Mix oil with vinegar, salt and pepper and sugar and season to taste. Chives and parsley wash, shake dry and chop finely and also mix into the dressing.
Step 3:
Now mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and let it sit for about 15min. Then arrange and enjoy.
