Preparation:

Step 1:
Cut avocado in half, remove half without pit from peel and dice - store half with pit in refrigerator. Wash and dice the tomato, dice the mozzarella as well. Wash and coarsely chop basil.
Step 2:
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey (optional) to a dressing, season with salt and pepper. Place avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil in a bowl and mix with dressing. Arrange salad on a plate and enjoy.
