Preparation:

Step 1:
Peel and finely chop the onion and the garlic. Snap off mushroom stems and chop finely as well. Coarsely chop parsley.
Step 2:
Sauté everything in a pan, without a lid, and let it cool down. Stir half of the cheese with the crème fraiche into the mushroom mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Brush a baking dish with butter. Place mushroom caps upside down in baking dish. Fill into the heads with a teaspoon and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 4:
Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
