Preparation:

Step 1:
Clean kohlrabi, potatoes and carrots and dice into pieces of about 1 cm. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan and briefly sauté the vegetables in it.
Step 2:
Pour water and add the salt. Simmer everything for about 15 minutes.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, cut the sausages into small pieces. Season the cream vigorously with pepper and nutmeg and whisk in the flour. Chop kohlrabi greens.
Step 4:
Add the sausages to the vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes. Add cream and kohlrabi greens, bring to a boil and season again carefully.
