Preparation:

Step 1:
Put the shreds in a bowl. Add the vegetable broth, pour boiling water over it and let it steep for a good 10 minutes.

Step 5:
Briefly warm pita bread in the oven. Cut into triangles and cut a pocket in it. Remove the schnitzel from the pan and serve while still warm. Fill pita bread as you like.
