Step 1:
Heat a little oil in a shallow pan. Fry the fried eggs in it. Season with herb salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Toast a slice of bread about 1 cm thick. Spread bread with cream cheese and put some mustard and ketchup on it. Put 2 not too thick tomato slices on the bread. Now cover with cheese. Salt and pepper.
Step 3:
The fried eggs come on top to crown it all. Then decorate with finely chopped green onions.
