Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash, drain and clean broccoli. Cut florets from the stems and peel the thick stems and cut into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and cut the ham into pieces.
Step 2:
Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and ham in it for about 3 minutes, turning. Add the broth and broccoli, mix and simmer for about 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Arrange and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
