Preparation:

Step 1:
Cook beans in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes. Then rinse and drain.
Step 2:
Peel garlic, chop finely and mix with 0.5 tsp. chili flakes, chili sauce and soy sauce. Chops wash, pat dry and coat with a thin layer of marinade.
Step 3:
Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the chops in it for about 2 minutes on each side. Brush with the rest of the marinade and fry for about 1 minute more. Fry beans and lemon peel in hot butter for about 3 minutes.
Step 4:
Season with salt and pepper. Arrange and drizzle with broth.
