Ingredients:

Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees (convection oven).
Step 2:
Wash the cutlets, dab dry, cut in half crosswise and fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and then take out.
Step 3:
Cut cheese into slices. Wash the pear, also cut into slices, removing the core.
Step 4:
Heat some butter in a pan and steam the pear in it for about 2 minutes. Place in a baking dish, top with cutlets and cheese .
Step 5:
Bake in a hot oven for about 5-7.
