Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash lettuce, bell bell pepper and cucumber. Cut turkey breast into fine strips.
Step 2:
Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Fry turkey breast in it. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Cut bell bell pepper and cucumber into mouth sized pieces. Put in a bowl together with lettuce, corn and kidney beans. Pivot well.
Step 4:
Add turkey breast strips. Drizzle with olive oil from pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
