Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Coat a baking dish with a little olive oil.
Step 2:
Process turkey meat into thin slices with a meat tenderizer. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Cut the mozzarella and the tomatoes into thin slices. Spread one side of the cutlets with pesto using a spoon. Also top with tomato and mozzarella cheese. Place two to three basil leaves on top and roll up carefully. Possibly fix with toothpicks so that the roulades do not fall apart.
Step 4:
Put some olive oil in a coated pan. Sear the roulades on all sides until hot. Then put the roulades in the baking dish and season with a little oregano.
Step 5:
Put everything in the oven for 15 minutes. Then serve.
