Preparation:

Step 1:
Chop poultry meat, onion, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Step 2:
Heat a pan with a little oil. Roast poultry meat in it all around. Season with chili flakes and salt and pepper. Add the onions and mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3:
Finally, add the remaining ingredients and stir. Simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
