Step 1:
Cut sweet potato into slices. Drizzle with half the oil and salt. Roast on a baking tray at 230 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Cook beans in salted water for about 3-4 minutes until al dente. Cut the meat into medallions and season with salt and pepper. Fry in the remaining oil for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 3:
Roast almonds in a frying pan until fat free. Arrange everything together and serve.
