Step 1:
First boil 2/3 of the eggs for 6 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Peel the cooled eggs piece by piece and set aside.
Step 2:
Now cut the onion and garlic into small pieces. Mix in a bowl minced meat, breadcrumbs, the remaining 1/3 still raw eggs, garlic, onion, parsley and a little salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and cover a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 3:
Now spread the mince flat on a layer of cling film and place an egg on top. Lapp just enough mince over the egg so that it is completely coated. Now take the egg in both hands and press the minced mixture down well. Repeat this step until all eggs and mince are used up.
Step 4:
Bake the ready formed bullets in the oven for about 20 minutes.
