Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200 °C. Squeeze the lemon and marinate the chicken with Tabasco and 2 spoons of lemon juice.
Step 2:
Cut zucchini into slices, tomatoes in half and peppers into wide strips. Put the vegetables on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Embed the chicken in the vegetables and pour the remaining marinade over it. Cut the mozzarella in half and place on the meat. Bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes. Slice the chicken and serve.
