Preparation:

Step 1:
Squeeze the lime and then in a shallow bowl mix 1 tablespoon of the juice together with the chili sauce. Cut salmon fillet into coarse cubes, then stick them on skewers. Turn in the prepared sauce.
Step 2:
Peel the avocado, dice together with the tomatoes. Chop coriander. Everything in a bowl and mix with 1 tsp lime juice, salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Heat frying pan on the stove at medium temperature. Fry salmon skewers in olive oil for about 4 minutes on each side. Chop the kale and dice the peppers. Fry both together with the drained beans and the remaining olive oil in the pan for 5 minutes.
