Preparation:

Step 1:
Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop them together with the dried tomatoes. Mix all ingredients, except the feta cheese! in a bowl and knead properly by hand. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Divide the minced meat dough into equal sized pieces. Form elongated bifetki patties from it. Divide the feta into equal strips as well. Cover half of the patties with it. Cover the feta patties with the remaining patties. Here it is important that the feta is well enclosed.
Step 3:
Fry in a pan with a little oil until hot. Then lower the heat and let the meat cook through.
