Preparation:

Step 1:
Peel and dice potatoes and celery and boil in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, wash and chop the spring onion. Knead minced meat with spring onion, chopped parsley, egg, tomato paste, salt, pepper and chili powder to a mass and form equal-sized balls from it.
Step 3:
Sear meatballs with oil in a non-stick frying pan until hot on all sides, then reduce heat and continue to cook covered until fully cooked.
Step 4:
Drain potato and celery and mash them with the help of a potato masher. Add soy milk, nutmeg and chopped parsley and mash to a pulp. Season with salt and arrange on a plate with the meatballs.
