Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 170 °C convection oven. Dump chickpeas into a colander and drain well. Spread out on a towel and gently rub dry.
Step 2:
Mix with a little oil in a bowl. Spread on the baking tray. Bake for about 45 minutes, turning a few times in between, making sure they do not get too dark.
Step 3:
Season with a little salt and pepper before eating.
