Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 175 °C convection oven. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Finely chop spinach. Season fish (type of choice) as desired.
Step 2:
Cut aluminum foil to size. Place mushrooms, spinach and feta between the fish fillets. Wrap aluminum foil tightly around the fish and stuffing.
Step 3:
Place in the oven on a medium baking tray. Leave to cook in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. The fish tastes even better with a slice of lemon!
