Step 1:
Drain the peppers from the jar and cut into strips. Beat the eggs with the cream and the Parmesan cheese, then season with salt and nutmeg.
Step 2:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausages in it, turning, for about 5 minutes.
Step 3:
In a coated pan also heat a little oil and add the eggs. Spread the paprika on top and when the egg starts to set, push it together with a spatula (do not stir!). Allow the eggs to set over a gentle heat, avoiding turning them as much as possible.
Step 4:
Finally sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve the scrambled eggs with the sausages.
