Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash and halve cherry tomatoes.
Step 2:
Beat the eggs in a bowl with finely chopped chives and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and let it set, stirring occasionally.
Step 4:
Put the scrambled eggs on a plate and top with tomatoes, salmon and cream cheese. Finally sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
