Step 1:
Mix eggs, milk and cinnamon in a bowl until well blended. Defrost raspberries in water or the microwave.
Step 2:
Heat the oil in a coated frying pan over medium heat. Soak toast slices on both sides in the egg mixture until it is fully absorbed. Then fry in the pan on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3:
Mix well raspberries and cottage cheese. Depending on the consistency, add a little water and mix.
Step 4:
Arrange the finished toast on a plate and top with honey and raspberry cream.
