Preparation:

Step 1:
Peel and finely dice the onion. Garlic also peel and chop with the help of a garlic press. Wash, clean and dice tomatoes.
Step 2:
Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it for 4-5 minutes, turning. Then add the onion and garlic.
Step 3:
After about 2 minutes, dust with curry powder and sauté briefly. Add diced tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Deglaze with coconut milk and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Spinach wash, read and shake dry. Add to the pan and collapse. Season with salt and pepper.
