Erythritol, sugar substituteErythritol, sugar substitute 2 Tablespoon

Cream, whipped cream (30% fat)Cream, whipped cream (30% fat) 100 ml

Preparation:

Step 1:
Strawberries wash, remove the stalk and cut into halves. Sprinkle strawberries with half of erythritol sweetener and mix gently - let stand briefly.
Step 2:
Whip cream in a high mixing bowl with a hand mixer, sprinkle in vanilla (scraped out) and remaining erythritol. Pour strawberries into a small bowl and top with vanilla whipped cream and enjoy.
