Onion (fresh)Onion (fresh)½ (50 g)

Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash broccoli florets. Peel and dice onion and garlic.
Step 2:
Heat oil in a pot. Sauté onion and garlic in it over medium heat until translucent. Add broccoli and steam for about 5 minutes. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 3:
Wash and finely chop the chili pepper. Stir milk into the soup, bring to a boil and finely puree. Stir in crème fraîche and season to taste with salt and pepper. Finally garnish with chili.
