Preparation:

Step 1:
Prepare pasta as described on the package.
Step 2:
Wash basil, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Cook broccoli in salted water for about 8 minutes until soft. Drain the water and quench the broccoli very briefly.
Step 3:
Drain and finely puree in a blender with 2-3 tablespoons of cooking water, cashews, half of the basil, oil and broth. Mix in the cheese and season vigorously with salt and pepper. If necessary, add some more cooking water. Drain the pasta, mix with the pesto and garnish with remaining basil.
