Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash cauliflower and cut into evenly sized pieces (especially chop the stalk well). Wash tomatoes.
Step 2:
Wash off the chicken breast fillet and remove excess sinew, pat a little flat and season with salt. Heat coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan and sear the fillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown all over. Then pepper and keep warm in aluminum foil.
Step 3:
Now sauté cauliflower in the same pan for 2 min while stirring. Add tomatoes and fry for 1 min. Mix broth with water and pour to it, put a lid and cook on low heat for 3-4 min. Pour with milk, stir in tomato paste and cream cheese. Add soy sauce, paprika powder and cayenne bell pepper and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add meat to sauce and simmer without lid for 5-6 min, turning once.
Step 4:
Clean the spring onions and cut into narrow rings. Arrange chicken breast with cream cheese sauce and garnish on a plate and sprinkle with scallions and enjoy.
