Preparation:

Step 1:
Cherry tomatoes wash and halve. Peel garlic and onion. Cut the onion into small cubes, finely chop the garlic.
Step 2:
Wash basil, dab dry and chop finely.
Step 3:
Mix tomato pieces, onion, garlic, basil and olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4:
Wash, dab and pluck arugula into small pieces. Add cream cheese to salad, garnish with arugula. Good appetite.
