Preparation:

Step 1:
Fry the bacon strips without fat in a coated pan until crispy on both sides. Now remove the bacon strips from the pan and let them drain on a paper towel (excess fat will be absorbed by the paper).
Step 2:
Beat the eggs in a small bowl, then add salt, turmeric and chives and beat again. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, then add the egg mixture to the pan and place over medium heat. Now slowly scrape the egg mixture into scrambled eggs - this is necessary so that the egg mixture does not become too dry - if you prefer it cooked through, simply set it to a higher temperature.
