Step 1:
Bring the almond drink to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the gluten-free oat flakes with the vanilla pod, cinnamon powder and star anise and heat everything up again while stirring. Then turn the temperature down to medium and let the porridge swell open for about 10 minutes until it has become a creamy porridge. Remove the pieces of the vanilla pod (or the cinnamon stick or star anise pod if you used spices in one piece).
Step 2:
Now coarsely chop the almonds and stir them together with the sunflower seeds into the warm porridge.
Step 3:
Peel and fillet the orange and grapefruit and also peel off the white skin completely. If fruit juice comes out, collect it and fold it into the porridge as well.
Step 4:
Now pour the finished porridge into a bowl, top with the orange and grapefruit wedges and top with agave syrup and pomegranate seeds and serve. Enjoy.
