Ingredients:

Beet, red beet (cooked)Beet, red beet (cooked) 50 g

Preparation:

Step 1:
Coarsely dice the beet with disposable gloves (beet stains strongly). Wash and drain the raspberries.
Step 2:
Peel and finely dice the ginger.
Step 3:
Now put all ingredients together in a blender (alternatively use blender) and blend well. Pour the finished smoothie into a large glass and enjoy.
