Ingredients:

Oat branOat bran 1 Teaspoon

Carrot juice, carrot juiceCarrot juice, carrot juice 100 ml
Oat milk, oat drinkOat milk, oat drink 125 ml

Preparation:

Step 1:
Halve the grapfruit and squeeze it out. Peel and quarter the banana.
Step 2:
Put the obtained grapefruit juice in the blender together with the quartered banana pieces, carrot juice, oat milk and hemp oil.
Step 3:
Start the blender on low speed. Increase the speed continuously to maximum until the mixture is creamy and finely pureed. Season the smoothie with pepper to taste.
Step 4:
Pour the smoothie into a glass. Enjoy.
