Ingredients:

Buttermilk (natural)Buttermilk (natural) 125 ml
Flaxseed oil, linseed oilFlaxseed oil, linseed oil ½ Teaspoon

Sea buckthorn, juiceSea buckthorn, juice 40 ml

Preparation:

Step 1:
First peel the orange generously. Make sure that the white skin is also removed. Then cut out the individual FIlets at the separating membranes.
Step 2:
Put the orange pieces together with buttermilk, the sea buckthorn juice and the linseed oil in a mixing bowl. Peel the ginger and cut 2 slices from it for later garnish. Mince the rest of the ginger and add it to the mixing cup.
Step 3:
Blend all ingredients with the hand blender until frothy. Sweeten the puree with honey to taste.
Step 4:
Pour the fruit buttermilk into a glass and garnish with the enclosed ginger slices. Enjoy.
