Step 1:
Mix the cream with a small touch of salt and whip lightly. Set aside.
Step 2:
Break the dark chocolate into pieces and dissolve in 125ml of boiling water - stir again and again.
Step 3:
Add the persimmon powder and stir in well. Then add the coconut oil and dissolve, if necessary, briefly froth with a milk frothing wand or whisk a bit. Season with vanilla and cayenne and blend again.
Step 4:
Now pour the hot dark drinking chocolate into a large cup and spread with cream on top, dust with a little cocoa powder to taste if necessary and enjoy.
