Preparation:

Step 1:
Cut the Emmental into cubes. Herbs wash well, shake dry and chop finely. Remove the crust from the white bread and cut the inside into cubes. Put the bread cubes in a pot and pour in the broth and bring to a boil briefly.
Step 2:
Now puree the bread cube soup with a blender and slowly add the cheese little by little to the broth. Then add the white wine and heat again. Season with salt and sugar.
Step 3:
