Preparation:

Step 1:
Put the low-fat quark, yogurt, milk, raspberries and honey in a stand mixer and puree everything until you have a creamy mixture. Then pour into a bowl and add the puffed amaranth.
Step 2:
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan or in the microwave and spread over the raspberry cream. Then serve directly, or let cool beforehand.
